Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Time

• Shipping from China: Typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping from EU Warehouse: Available only for EU countries, with a delivery time of 3-7 business days.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier’s website.
• Alternatively, you can track your order on track.

Limitation of After-Sales Service

After-sales service (including replacement, refund, or compensation) may be denied under the following circumstances, and by placing an order you agree to these terms:

1. Incorrect delivery information – If the shipping address, phone number, or recipient name provided by you is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, resulting in the inability to deliver or loss of the package.
2. Recipient unavailable – If the carrier attempts delivery but the recipient is not present at the address or cannot be contacted, and the package is subsequently lost, stolen, or returned.
3. Force majeure – Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: customs holds, secondary customs clearance, natural disasters, epidemics, war, government actions, carrier strikes, or other force majeure events that cause tracking information to stop updating or delivery to be delayed indefinitely.
4. Partial loss of goods – If the recipient signs for the package without inspecting the contents and later reports that items inside are missing. We strongly recommend inspecting all items in the presence of the delivery person before signing. Once the package is signed for, we assume no liability for partial loss.

Free Shipping to EU Countries
The following countries enjoy free shipping:
Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France,  Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal.

Other Countries
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• You may cancel your order or update the shipping address at any time before the products are shipped.
• Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process refunds or address changes.

4. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Service

We offer DDP service (no customs clearance or duties required) to the following countries:

• Europe: UPS Express / DPD Express / DHL Express
